Method Biological characteristics such as the epidermal cells,stomatal apparatus and its distribution,the flowering period,the characteristics of flower,fruit and seed,artificial pollination technology and preservation method of pollen grain were studied by the method of investigation,microscopic observation and satistical analysis.
